Gamma Epsilon Tau is looking for new potential members for fall quarter. Gamma Epsilon Tau, also known as GET, is the national co-educational fraternity of the graphic arts. GET is divided into several chapters across the nation. The Zeta chapter founded in 1955 here at RIT is the national chapter. The fraternity boasts many alumni in the graphics and print industries, and it is a great honor to become part of the family.
GET’s rush week for membership has just come to a close, but it is still not too late to participate. Some of the events that GET had arranged for potential members included a meet & greet session, indoor rock climbing, and a demonstration of an official meeting. There are many exciting events planned for the future, such as camping at Hamlin Beach and the annual pig roast. Students of the School of Print Media are encouraged to see what GET is all about.
GET meets every Thursday at 9:00 pm in the Clark C room of the Student Alumni Union. If you are interested in finding out more information, please contact Tiffani Williams at tmw6484@rit.edu.
